FEES:

Call Out Fee: R500.00 (within an hour) exl. VAT

Electrician Inspection Fees: R500.00 (within an hour) exl. VAT

Solar Power Inspection Fees: R500.00 (within an hour) exl. VAT

Air Conditioner Inspection Fees: R500.00 (within an hour) exl. VAT

Electric Fence Inspection Fees: R500.00 (within an hour) exl. VAT

Note: If an inspection is expected to take longer than an hour, the customer’s consent will be required. If an inspection is longer than an hour and 15 minutes, the customer will be charged a 2 hour inspection fee.

GUARANTEES:

Workmanship on electrical, solar and refrigeration: 6 months guarantee

Faulty factory parts: 7 days guarantee

Note: No guarantee will be given on damage caused by customer negligence or nature (lightning, weather, power surges)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Installation quotations will require a material costs up front deposit. Proof of payments require up to 48 hours to clear.

Materials and electrical equipment installed, or used for repair work, will remain property of Jonker Industries until the account is settled in full (within 30 days of commissioning date). If payment is not settled in full, all items belonging to Jonker Industries will be removed, and the client will be responsible for installation and removal labour expenses.
